Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items (such as hygiene-related products or custom orders) may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For exchanges, please contact us directly.
